Physical access
The collection resides in a single acid-free folder which occupies a Hollinger box. The collection is paper-based.
The magazine is in poor condition. Old strips of Scotch tape are all that hold the pages to the covers. Edges of the covers and pages are frayed and tattered.

Conditions governing reproduction
No restrictions. Reproductions are done and charged in accordance with Sloan Museum Archives Fee Service Policy.
